In 2018, Rotherham Foodbank issued 2,016 food parcels from our centres at Hope Centre and Full Life Church Maltby. This helped 4,076 people including 1,401 children and was a 23% increase compared to 2017. The main reasons for referrals to the Foodbank were low income, benefit delays and benefit changes. We could only meet this growing demand because of the generosity and thoughtfulness of the local community: individuals, businesses, workplaces, churches, schools, trade unions and other groups.
