It’s our final day before the New year, and we’re busy busy busy! The warehouse is flooding with donations, deliveries are packed and ready to go, and the staff are hard at work! Huge thank you to the staff who are in today for the final push, and an even bigger than you to all of the people who’ve been donating to us for allowing us to continue meeting the spike in need.
Despite the pandemic, and the unpredictability that 2020 has brought, it’s been incredible to watch so many people pulling together to help out those who are in desperate need, especially with the rising unemployment rates due to COVID, and the many other complications and griefs this year has brought for people, we’ve still managed to continue supporting, volunteering, and meeting the needs, and will continue to do so following through into 2021.
As mentioned, today is the final day before the New Year, so we plan to reopen again on Tuesday 5th January after the staff and volunteers have had some very well earned time off 🎄
